Triboh Return & Exchange Policy
Please carefully read this Triboh return and exchange policy. This policy lists conditions precedent to returning any of our items and the method for making a return.
By placing your order with Triboh you agree to be bound by the terms below.
- Triboh does NOT accept returns on any custom merchandise, including all sublimated and team or league specific items. Any item containing a team logo, individual name or number is considered a custom item.
- Game worn items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- If after checkout you need to make a change to your order, you must notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and complete contact information with your message.
- Any changes made to your order after checkout will incur a $20 convenience charge.
- Please e-mail email@example.com during weekday business hours to arrange a return. Someone will reply within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number (RA) and instructions.
- Return shipments must be delivered back to Triboh within 30 days of the shipping date or delivery date, whichever is earlier. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
- Items must be returned via the same means as they were shipped. All items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Items returned in other than new conditions will be refused.
- All accepted returns and exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are currently processed within 10 business days after being received by Triboh.
- Subject to the Triboh return and exchange policy if you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with one of our Customer Care Specialists at the time you call for a Return Authorization number. We will ship your new item(s) as quickly as possible via UPS Ground. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) being requested and current UPS Ground shipping rates. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
